Article 1 — Scope of Application
These General Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between People Connect (hereinafter "the Company") and any client (hereinafter "the Client") using the Company's call centre outsourcing and customer relationship services.
These Terms apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those of the Client. Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the Client.
Article 2 — Services Offered
People Connect offers the following services:
- Inbound call management (reception, customer support, after-sales service)
- Telephone sales prospecting
- Commercial outsourcing
- Telephone secretariat
- AI option (overflow, night coverage)
- Training for client teams
- Consulting and customer relationship auditing
The specific terms of each service (volume, hours, agents, KPIs) are defined in a personalised proposal and service agreement.
Article 3 — Quotes and Orders
Any service provision is preceded by a free audit and a written quote. The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the quote signed by the Client, accompanied where applicable by the requested deposit.
Article 4 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are stated in euros, excluding VAT, and are set out in the quote. People Connect reserves the right to adjust its rates annually, subject to 30 days' prior notice.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, penalties equal to 3 times the statutory interest rate will apply automatically, together with a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount may be required upon signing the contract for engagements exceeding €2,000 (excl. VAT).
Article 5 — Service Commencement
People Connect commits to making its services operational within 72 hours of receiving the signed order confirmation and any necessary information from the Client (scripts, databases, access credentials).
This timeframe may be extended where the Client's information is incomplete or late.

People Connect undertakes to:
- Provide trained, qualified agents adapted to the Client's sector

Article 7 — Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged in the context of their collaboration. This obligation remains in force for 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
Article 8 — Personal Data
In the context of service delivery, People Connect may process personal data on behalf of the Client, acting as data processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) may be appended to the service agreement upon request.
Each party undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations regarding personal data protection, in particular the GDPR.
Article 9 — Liability
People Connect's liability is limited to direct damages proven by the Client and shall not in any case exceed the total amount of sums paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
People Connect shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of earnings, loss of clients, damage to image) or for any breach due to force majeure.
Article 10 — Duration and Termination
Services are provided for the duration agreed in the quote (fixed term) or on an open-ended basis. In the absence of a specified term, either party may terminate the agreement by giving 60 days' written notice (by email with acknowledgement or by registered letter).
In the event of serious breach by either party, the agreement may be terminated immediately after formal notice has gone unanswered for 15 days.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
The tools, methods, and processes used by People Connect remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Client grants People Connect a licence to use its trademarks and materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
